Day 1 – Masters, Disability and 4x400m Championships
- Monday 6th May @ Ridlins Wood Stadium Stevenage
- Closing date for entries 27th April
Day 2 & 3 of the Championships
- 11th & 12th May – Woodside Stadium Watford
- Closing Date for entries 4th May
